Blue Diamond Gold Exchange
Rare US Coins, Bullion and Diamonds
Welcome to Blue Diamond Gold Exchange
Matthew D. Green, violinist, inventor, and founder of The Violin School, is Vice President of Blue Diamond Gold Exchange. His favorite series include Standing Liberty quarters, Indian cents and Seated Liberty type. He deals directly with Boston’s premier importer of diamonds from cutters in Tel Aviv and has an unswerving eye for quality.

Steven S. Green, President of Blue Diamond, and author of "Anvil of Avalon: true history of Arthur's Dark Age Brythons", began trading silver in 1965 and considers the present gold to silver ratio ludicrous. An advocate of large denomination pieces, Steve emphasizes proof dollars and gold twenties. In diamonds, he honors only the Gemological Institute of America certificate and cautions against the encroachment of lax standards in coin certification nowadays. Keenly aware of the trends in today's financial markets, Steve encourages his clients to take lessons from history in order to invest wisely for the future.

Blue Diamond Reflections

“Vagaries of the Market”

In recent weeks, since the announcement by the Bush-Paulson team of impending doom, speculators have wreaked havoc in the markets, riding them up and down like a roller coaster, terrorizing ordinary investors. It is perfectly legal, if morally reprehensible, for the financial powers that be to send the Dow Jones plummeting 1,000 points in a week or soaring 800 points in one trading session; not for the faint of heart. This action has spilled over into the commodity and coin markets to a lesser extent. We would offer that crude oil is grossly oversold at the moment.

Greed thrives best in an atmosphere of utter chaos such as that ushered in by the bailout madness which invites leveraged traders to embark upon exploitation. For many, this illusion is all too real, as portfolio values evaporate, homes are lost and retirement dreams are dashed. To secure their billions, auto tycoons need only agree to liquidate a few of their Learjets as a gesture of humility.

The allure of rare coins is everlasting, so we soldier on, managing our bankroll.  Remember that the “paper” dollars themselves are fictional, mere points on a spreadsheet.  When fine coins present themselves at anything like reasonable money, we dive in.

Blue Diamond Gold Exchange, founded by Steven S. Green, is committed to providing dealers and collectors with investment quality U.S. coins, bullion and diamonds at affordable prices.
